Assist Reinsurance department for The Treaty Renewal of the company. Assist underwriters review applications, establishing appropriate screening protocols, and developing new methodologies and models. Tracks and assesses impact of large losses including making recommendations to modify underwriting guidelines/profile as needed. Conduct performance management duties including KPI analytics. Prepare stress scenarios to test the impact of certain risk factors on the financial strength of our reinsurers. Perform financial write-ups on the background, profitability, capitalization, & liquidity of potential & current reinsurers to determine usage if any for our approved list.
