I worked with Nishshanka for more than four years at Simcentric Technologies, collaborating on several projects. He joined with Simcentric as an Intern and became to the senior position within two years. Nishshanka was an amazing top software developer. He inspired others and got complex projects consistently done on time with a very high quality and documentation. His ability to shift one technology to another was amazing. Nishshanka's superior design and implementation skills put him a cut above the rest. Additionally, he was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of a project while helping out other team members. Three Interns trained under him and he played a great leadership role. The sheer energy and enthusiasm Nishshanka brings to the team was refreshing and he was a lot of fun to work with. Nishshanka will be an asset to any organization!
