My focus at Rivet is on our clients and their customers. That spans everything from, understanding our clients’ business drivers, engaging with their customers, and developing experiences that will satisfy both, to working with our internal team to ensure we deliver on what we promised. I founded Rivet CX because I saw the importance of developing fully functional prototypes when designing digital customer experiences. Prototyping is the ONLY way to truly understand and appreciate what the customer is going through. Once you can see how customers engage with it, there is no question if the experience is clear and if you are on the path to success.
