I led the delivery (agile methodology) and adoption of a new Credit Risk system from business requirements to deployment (3 phases - 2.5y).The new system replaced a legacy of multiple tools used differently in all regions of the world. We harmonized the user experience in a web-based platform for analysts and management.Credit Risk calculations were reviewed and adapted to our business structure.
