Having worked with a large number of technical leads over the years I can say that Damien is one of the better ones. It is rare that I'm surprised by an individual's breadth of knowledge and technical understanding but having worked closely with him recently on some large and complex projects I'm keen to again. Damien shows deep technical understanding, produces great documentation and has the ability to communicate complex concepts easily. The only criticism I've heard about his work is that he can sometimes care too much. I don't see that as a bad thing
