• Created and shaped a cross functional GxP team of eleven people that led projects with critical and commercial impact, such as: improving time to value, revenue recognition, reduction in resource requirements, and the implementation of a new validation team, and commercial offering. • Developed the organization’s GxP training, leading to a reduction in time required by 56% while creating an improvement in competence rates from 80% to 91%. Subsequently launched this globally across multiple Danaher operating companies. • Owning the relationship with external bodies and driving IDBS through recertification for ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 27001:2013 with no major findings and reducing externally observed NCRs by 80% in 2 years. • Led the project management and successful implementation of SOC2 type 2 in 2019 that enabled IDBS to become the first electronic lab-book able to claim this accreditation.
