Joined DHS to roll out Voice Biometrics (Common Pass Phrase) utilising my Nuance experience. Great fun to successfully be able to deliver the first of the Transition projects - great metrics showing customers love the Voice Bio experience - My responsibilities include Voice Biometrics, including Whole of Govt. & migration of the MCCS program from the ICT front in assisting with the Telstra handover. Frantic activity to kick off as we went from six PM's to 20 PM's within six months due to heavy project demand. Spent over three years with Nuance, as Professional Services Account Manager for Federal Government, including Department of Human Services (DHS) and DIAC (Department of Immigration and Citizenship.) Learnt a lot from some great SME's and enjoyed leading the Dept Human Services team. Good relationship with Sales Manager helped with delivery and customer happiness. Program Manager for nearly four years at Emirates, there from start to finish leading the successful delivery of Emirates flagship project Global Connect, the virtualisation of Emirates contact centres and town offices around the world – one of the biggest Telco project of its type in the world at this time involving both BT and Genesys. Had a great team of people - happy to say they are still performing above and beyond. Also as part of the same project rolled out the new Content Management System (CMS) for which all new content was added by the business owners. To complete the program with both E-Commerce and Corporate within Virgin Blue for the ongoing redesign and deployment of the Intranet, Velocity website and the V Australia website as well as the Virgin Blue website already mentioned.
