Petstop Ltd is one of Ireland's largest retailers of pet products with over 12,000 products on sale in 9 stores throughout Ireland. In 2014, I was tasked with transitioning the business model to allow for the sale our products online through an eCommerce website. We successfully launched our eCommerce platform in mid 2014. My responsibilities: ►Provided consultative advice to key stakeholders in respect to the design/re-design and implementation of a new website, mobile site and EPOS system. Which resulted in a fully functioning eCommerce site with over 5,000 products, which now represents 14% of the companies annual turnover. ►Implemented and tested a number of third party technologies such as new site search, email re-marketing tools & customer chat. As a result we improved our customers online experience and increased sales and customer acquisitions. ►Directly responsible for all digital marketing activities such as SEO, Social Media, Adwords, email marketing and Analytics. ►Report and evaluate data from various sources to optimise web traffic, identify trends and foresee/solve any issues that may arise. ►Develop and execute both traditional and digital marketing plans in line with the overall company budget & growth objectives. ►Production and management of all online content – including artwork, blogs, social media, competitions and customer brochures ►Logistics of order fulfilment – staff, couriers, customer communications. This resulted in 95% of our orders being delivered the next day after purchase and increased customer satisfaction. Show less
