Damien is an excellent international sales director. I worked with him for 5 years at Zoggs International. Damien delivered significant international sales growth over that period, identifying and delivering opportunities in new markets whilst consistently growing existing markets. Damen is a good negotiator and benefits from having a wide business perspective. He is also a good man manager and can deliver through others. Damien is commercially astute and understands the numbers, so is able to contribute across the business. He is also great fun to work with and brings positive energy to the team.

Damien worked for me for just over six years as International Sales Director at Zoggs International. This was a period in which he was responsible for significant growth in our international revenue and profitability. He worked extremely hard and was always prepared to be in the markets working with our partners, managing, supporting and ‘using the carrot or the stick’ approach when needed. Specifically he managed several projects moving from direct to distributor or distributor to direct trading models. Damien knows each international market very well, is thorough, professional and always well prepared with a different approach for each international market as required. Damien was also a member of the Zoggs Exec Management Team which ran the Zoggs business and as a result was involved in and added value to both the domestic and international divisions of the business. He demonstrated his ability to work across both the operational and financial areas of the business. In fact he took a leadership role in what was a very complex move from one 3PL warehouse to another with a large amount of 'hands on' involvement. On finance he had full resposbility for the International P&L and had a shared resoponsibility for the balance sheet. I would 100% recommend Damien to any business looking for an outstanding professional to manage their national and/or international business.
