Damian has successfully set up DB Results business in Asia to be one of the leading consultancies in Asia. From a start up in 2012 he has now grown the team to be over 35 people in HK and over 200 in the Philippine offshore team. Damian has P&L responsibility for the region as well as delivery accountability for all projects. With over 10 blue chip multi national clients in the Financial Services and Retail Industry Damian leads a growing business.
