As a clinical specialist in ab medica s.p.a., I help to improve the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical Systems installed in the entire southern Italy. I conducted a research project in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at University of Naples Federico II, developing an anthropomorphic hand-arm robotic system composed of the SCHUNK 5-Finger Hand, the KUKA LWR4+ and a Kinect sensor in order to evaluate machine learning strategies for autonomous reach-to-grasp tasks.
