Main Focus since 2010 was to emphasize the Fully Outsourced Production Model and lead the manufacturing integration into OSRAM owned production facilities (e.g. OSRAM Treviso Plant) after the full integration into the OSRAM GmbH. Additionally I implemented new Test Methods of finished products and create a mindset regarding Manufacturing documents. With these measures we were able to reduce production cost significantly and increase availability at the same time. Beside my studies of Electrical Engineering I kept up working on the side to gain experience "in the real world". I deepened my expertise in hand soldering SMD PCBs in 0805 and 0603 in both production and prototyping without optical aids and gained deep knowledge in Electrical Design.

Part time Filling Station "Attendent"

Another Part time Job beside attending school. My main responsibilities were to completely manage a filling station with 8 pumps including a shop and a 18-wheeler- and passenger-car wash station. During my shifts (weekdays after school, weekends, school holidays) my responsibilities were to maintain the whole facility including complete management of stock for both the shop and fuel (450.000l of fuel / Month).

Warehouse Worker

One of three simultaneous jobs beside school. Main responsibilities were to organize loading of trucks based on zip codes. The company is specialized in the European logistics of new furniture and in the centralized warehouse I was responsible to load and unload 18-wheelers according to destination. Main focus was on basic stock taking and ensuring completeness for inbound/outbound deliveries including quality checks.

Whenever possible I took upon this job to earn both money and experience in the real world. This was mainly to finance my hobbies of the 90', Amiga, C64 and first steps into the PC world.
