  Tasmania's original triple distiller, Damian Mackey has been making Tasmanian whisky since 2007. He broke new ground in 2019 when production of Australia's first pot still whisky brand commenced at his Hobart distillery. Hunter Island Whisky, replete with character and texture, is inspired by Ireland, but is distinctly Tasmanian in character.
