As a backend developer of the demand team, I have taken part on design, implementation, documentation and management activities related to the active maintainance and renovation of the bungalow.com demand-customers flows. • I was in charge on implementing the backend piece of the current flow for ”entire home” leases, as well as building a faccade to provide backward compatibility with the initial version, as to ensure a smooth transition. • I worked on expanding and enhancing the backoffice system used by our sales team in order to process the incoming requests effectively. This work involved the addition of new sections on the backoffice system, while also updating existing sections to ensure general consistency • I was also in charge of implementing several features to enhance the house showing’s customer experience and sales efficiencies. Among others, I worked on the rebump of in-person tours and added an integration with identity verification providers • My knowledge, both technical and related to our specific systems, is enabling me to have far-reaching collaborations with other team members, both engineers, data analyists and sales-operations people.
