  I have extensive knowledge in the field of quality as it pertains to the mailing industry. I'm proficient in writing, implementing, testing, and editing procedures. When errors are found, documentation, fixing, and preventing the errors from happening again is top priority. I randomly test the end products of what is produced. Hold meetings with various members of staff to review all findings and brainstorm ways to fix and prevent new or recurring errors.
