I’ve had the pleasure of working with many professionals in our line of work, but Damara is someone who I will always remember fondly. I started my career working alongside Damara. Not only did she show me different ways to think outside of the box, but she was so generuous as to help me navigate and hone in on my skills with the many resources she has knowledge of. I learned a lot from Damara. Her ability to pick up new technology and communicate it in presentations, documentation, and in projects, is an inspiration to me, and the reason I admire her. She’s always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needs it, as she is the essence of knowing when to lead and when to be a team player.. Watching her adapt to our rigorous deadlines truly spoke to her time management skills! Her ability to overcome challenges with a smile made her stand out as a cut above the rest!

I worked with Damara at her current position, where she works not only as a technical trainer, but also as a success coach, instructional curriculum designer, and development coach for continuing education. In her time working at our company, Damara led several projects - a number of which were across more than one continent, proving her aptitude to work well in virtual environments and collaborating with diverse teams. As a technical trainer, Damara received last minute cohorts and single handedly worked to design the course content to meet the client's needs and ensure participants were well-prepared for their upcoming certifications. Simultaneously, she taught the entire cohort on her own and successfully delivered the content to all cohorts in a very tight timeframe, showing her flexibility and adaptability. As a success coach, Damara has worked with cohorts to ensure they learned the material and successfully deployed to our client sites. With a natural ability for tweaking course material, Damara makes the learning material more manageable for students to digest, learn rapidly and easily, also helping to retain the material and apply it to real-world applications. As an instructional curriculum designer, she took the lead in researching, analyzing, designing, developing and evaluating training content (including needs assessment, course design, content production, writing, rapid development, LMS/classroom implementation, and post-project evaluation), which included instructor-led training materials and e-training. Damara also took the client expectations and incorporated them into the training so the Learners were able to successfully complete technical tasks provided by the clients before deployment. As a development coach, Damara worked on managing client/stakeholder relationships by participating in dev meetings with the deployed Learner and client managers. She engaged with the client to determine their needs and the Learners' work product, and provided materials and training content designed to address any shortcomings and promote career growth with short term and long term goals. For her own professional development, Damara continues to achieve additional certifications, attend tech conferences and seminars, and participate in training on her own time so she can provide the most impact and productivity to the team across a plethora of information technologies. It is always a pleasure working with her, and she has been a valuable addition to our team.
