  Noesa is a multidisciplinary collective studio that prioritizes three main pillars in its work practices: Art, Culture, and Nature. They develop accessories and flagship products through handmade crafts created by local artisans, particularly a group of ikat fabric weavers called Watubo, originating from Maumere, Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. In my 3-month internship program, I was involved in various tasks such as social media design, proposal development, collateral creation, media promotion, and print product production. Additionally, I was introduced to research practices related to local culture, ideas development, visual research, basic dyeing techniques for ikat fabric, product photography, as well as layout aesthetics and typography.
