  • Lead a team of shift supervisors, technicians and operators to ensure safe, continuous and efficient Operation and Maintenance of platforms equipment: The team involves four disciplines: mechanical, instrumentation, electrical and HVAC composed of approx. 30 persons per shift.• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve Company HSE objectives and operational targets within area of responsibility:• Coordinate daily activity schedules, (Works orders Management, Permit to Work, TBT, Risk Assessment, technical procedure etc.) and ensure a maximum cooperation and coordination with the method onshore staff• Responsible of field-based activities including daily & regular equipment Operation and Maintenance instructions to ensure compliance to requirements.• Spare parts order/request• Supervision of Preventive and corrective tasks based on CMMS (COSWIN) work orders management procedures. • Operate and maintain platforms turbomachineries : Turbocompressor , Turbogenerator and turbopump. • Technically support the team during equipments outage by faults troubleshooting and failure root cause identification• Ensure that all maintenance & operations works are carried out according to the appropriate company and OEM procedure• Contribution to the equipment incidents/ shutdown troubleshooting & investigations: Interpret PID, O&M manuals, Incident Notification/Report and participate to the Root Cause Failure Analysis etc.• Review design requirements & lunch equipment technical evaluation and design change notification when needed.• Liaise with multiple interfaces: Production, Asset Integrity, HSE, Construction, offshore logistics etc.• Report to platform OIM, Back-Office lead engineers, Maintenance Manager and Operation Manager.
