The job entails the overseeing of the activities parking facilities, the processes involved in the sale and/or lease of properties approved by the board namely Kingston Waterfront Properties. Additionally, responsible for assisting with marketing and development of properties to increase revenue generation and sustainability. March 1, 2010 - Present Senior Estate Officer Procure valuation (for the market rent) to monitor and manage the Lease & Licence Schedule for over eighty (80) properties for the preparation of Lease Agreement, Licence Agreements and renewals; Responsible for the land management of over four hundred (400) properties for the spatially defined areas; Undertake and co-ordinate the procurement of valuation of properties annually for UDC Real Asset Valuation pursuant to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS13) Guidelines over J$80B; Responsible for the fair values of over 100 properties; Coordinate and prepare Rental Income, Valuation and Insurance Budgets; Coordinate and monitor the external request for quotations to obtain Valuation and Reports for the divestment and lease management activities of properties. Review Valuation and Reports and make recommendations; Research, inspect and analyse sales data to include in Sales database; Provide indicative market and rental values (using International Valuation Standards Council) for acquisitions, joint ventures and divestments of crown lands within government policies and guidelines.
