It’s rare when you come across a person who can quickly grasp a complex problem, but then try to find a person who is able to carve out nothing less than a superb solution to that problem. I was always amazed at how we would discuss a very complex problem in the afternoon and when I came in the office the next morning, Dallas had a prototype of a fantastic solution that accounted for all the scenarios and variation ready for discussion.
