  I started with Heartland as a weekend forklift operator. I quickly found that I'd like to be more involved in hands on work. I transferred departments and began packing. After packing for a short time, I wanted to learn more and I was soon trained to operate the rewind machines. Throughout the last two years I have learned to operate an additional machine, perform extensive maintenance on the machines, and have become the lead operator in my department.
