I have experience in a variety of areas of natural resources law including mining, environmental, rehabilitation, mine closure, waste, coastal, water, climate change, energy, renewables, heritage, air, land, expropriation, land restitution, land-use planning, sustainable development, health and safety, conservation, precious metals, property, delict, contract, constitutional and administrative law. I have also advised on matters involving disputes between communities and mining companies (both litigious and non-litigous).
