I am on the Board of Directors of the New Ballet. Working with Dalia is a joy and inspiration. She has managed to bring a pre-professional ballet company to vibrant life from the ashes of the Silicon Valley Ballet. She relocated the company to a new building in downtown San Jose, and just as the company moved in, she managed all the requirements of covid with grace and thoughtfulness. Watching her choreography and work with students warms the heart and makes me believe in ballet's transformative power. Also, a balanced budget every year since the organization was founded!
