-Manage the key roles and responsibilities of many components Land administration: Contracts (Oil and Gas Leases, JOAs, Surface Damage Agreements, etc.) Division orders, field personnel management (as needed). -Experience with title, spacing, and related understanding of regulations in Oklahoma: Handling and producing OCC applications and regulatory work, including proposals and exhibits for newly proposed wells. -Manage land brokers in lease acquisition programs -Leasehold management in Land Software (Landpro) - Work with cross functional team members in developing drilling prospects - Excellent understanding of the shared responsibility between land and accounting to ensure correct payment of royalties - Provide role of a Division Order Analyst, such as create and update revenue and JIB decks for all well types; Determine interest and burdens from the title analysis of deeds, assignments, probates, leases, royalty agreements, affidavits, and wills; Manage and process title curative to process ownership changes etc.
