   Study and analysis of Contract Documents and prepare a list of Materials / systems to be procured.  Coordinate with Subcontractors / suppliers and list LONG LEAD DELIVERY ITEMS. 3-In coordination with Project QS and Planning Eng., Prepare procurement Log sheet and forward to Head Office procurement Department.  Liaison and coordination with Head Office Procurement Department on procurement logistics, ensuring on time delivery.  Preparation of Materials Submittals in accordance with requirements of  Conditions of Contract for materials submittals.  Coordinate and monitor materials submittals made by suppliers / subcontractors against procurement schedule and progress reporting.  Liaison and coordination with Project Manager / Consultant Engineer on issues related to materials approval and take necessary actions required for those submittals approved as noted or rejected.  Technical review of Materials submittals in coordination with QA / QC Eng.  Follow – up with suppliers / Subcontractors to establish and schedule spare parts delivery and hand-over including Operation and Maintenance manuals. Coordinate with QA / QC Engineer for off- site Inspection.  Following up the schedule of subcontractors’ and suppliers’ as built drawings in coordination with the PM and the PQM and the services coordinator  Assisting the PQM in preparing project close out documents if necessary Show less
