I have had the honor of working with so many talented individuals in my career. In my last position, I was blessed to have inherited an incredibly talented employee. When I first joined, Dalia had been holding the role on an interim basis. She had accepted that role in between the hiring and firing of several iterations of executives. While many would have been bitter, Dalia was so positive – ready to give, ready to support, ready to learn, ready to change. It was such a refreshing experience to work with her.
