Duties include development and oversight of the finance and operations team; financial reporting; cash flow and treasury functions; internal controls; audit; IT; human resources; procurement; budgeting and planning. Led major initiatives with Board of Trustees and senior management including development of 5-year operations growth plan as part of the school's strategic plan. Formulated and executed major parts of a HKD 700 Million capital funding plan for the construction of new campus opening in 2013. All elements of funding now completed or near completion including: individual and corporate debentures; capital levies; government and commercial loans; and a major gifts campaign.
