I am saying from experience some years ago my company was working with Dale and we ran into a couple of issues and I can't say enough about how he handle every aspect of correcting the issue for us. He jumped right on the issue before we even noticed one was going to happen and informed us he was aware and not to worry. Because of the we hardly even realized there ever was an issue and we continued to do more business because of this.
