      LGBT Foundation delivers services for LGBT people in counselling, drugs & alcohol, sexual health and community safety. This is coupled with an extensive research and insight programme which informs and drives service delivery and more broadly influences local and national policy and practice.       As CEO of Citizens Advice Trafford I successfully led the organisation through significant changes including restructure, service re-design and tender exercises. This resulted in the organisation modernising, meeting client need more effectively while improving financial stability and long term prospects of the organisation. I was the senior officer, responsible for reporting to the Board of Trustees.
