Under my supervision my store has achieved the highest daily, weekly and monthly sales with the brand worldwide. I have facilitated steady year over year growth in both sales and guest count. Since taking over my position my team has consistently run steady controls in CoS and other overheads. Setting systems in place that have allowed forward thinking and planning, organizing that has been essential in anticipating business trends. I have overseen the brand training store in this market, trained and/overseen the development of all but two of my peers within the UAE, and the training of nearly all of the Managers and Supervisors over the last three years. This also extends to brand training of Chefs in the market, coordinating with my Executive Chef to drive the Brand's culture and standards.
