1. Lab manager of both North American Labs (Michigan, Mexico) after 4 years where I implemented A2LA and ISO/IEC 17025-2005 (see scope 2251.01, .02) in both Kostal Facilities (authored the companies test lab quality manuals). 2. Doubled the testing output of the lab in 1 year with same number of employees. 3. Designed and built a state of the art lab in Troy (5000sqft) adding most of the technology listed below along with x-ray, CT scan and solar simulation system. 4. Responsibilities include all FMVSS testing for the 2 facilities, scheduling, training, budgeting, quoting and hiring of personnel, purchase and implementation of new technology for future testing. 5. Program Management for each project to create DVPR’s, time lines, budgeting of projects, testing negotiations, and specification reviews for feasibility at quote and before contract. 6. Responsible for all day to day work within the test labs, and contracting of outside facilities for testing not encompassed with in Kostal and over flow. 7. Company lead Instructor and Curriculum representative for MAT2 apprenticeship program with the State of Michigan. 8.
