Various aspects of the role incorporated ranging, promotions and price optimisation. A key focus of the role was liaising with the group's Buyers, Directors (including internal staff) and 120 plus Paint Place stores. The position included negotiating a diverse and effective promotional strategy for Taubmans and the Paint Place Group. This particular position required the following attributes. The ability to build and maintain effective and mutually beneficial relationships. (With a strong emphasis on negotiation) The ability to analyse and take responsibility for KPI and use them strategically.
