Find different upcoming shows/events for each artist to perform their personal material and also have artist open up for any major artist that come in town. Artist development help artist with their image by taking artist shopping, having them practice, out and etc. Radio promotions take artist to local/out of town radio stations for interviews, radio play, and start radio campaign by having them put in the new artist mix. Work on each individual artist project by running a full campaign through radio, internet, and advertisement with different magazine companies. Constantly shop artist material to Indie Labels and Major Record Labels. Set bedget for each artist and keep track all expenses being used for each artist campaign. Music Review have artist send me their new material in my Dropbox or email and review their personal material by giving my honest opinion. Setup Listening party for artist after project is completed to get feedback from local Dj's, indie labels and etc. Go to different popular clubs in the area and take artist material to different DJ's.
