Senior Scientist White Sands Missile Range (WSMR); Environmental Remediation Services PBC, Army Environmental Command. Served as technical lead for 23 NMED RCRA permitted sites. Responsible for ensuring project objectives and work plan requirements were met, developed data quality objectives to achieve site cleanup goals and meet performance objectives, performed senior peer review of regulatory documents, client deliverables, and presented results to NMED, clients, and stakeholders. Project Geologist, KAFB; Midwest PBC; Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC). Served as technical lead for four RCRA Facility Investigations (RFI) at KAFB. Developed characterization strategies for each site designed to achieve timely completion of performance objectives. Lead Project Geologist for the KAFB Bulk Fuels Facility (BFF) RFI; AFCEC PBC. Planned and supervised the installation of 78 deep groundwater monitoring wells and 35 soil vapor extraction wells to determine the nature and extent of ethylene dibromide and fuel constituent contamination in the vadose zone and groundwater. Project Manager from 2003 to 2011 for Contract Task Order (CTO) 15 under the Sacramento Total Environmental Restoration Contract (TERC) II, Albuquerque US Army Corps of Engineers. Responsible for profit/loss and financial reporting for ten work authorization directives (WADs) under CTO-15. Increased project revenue by $6M over the life of the contract through the addition of six new WADs. Project Manager for commercial military munitions response project (MMRP) (confidential client) (Value $500K). Prepared cost proposals, developed budgets, and determined professional level of effort for local munitions response fixed price project. Worked with Corporate MMRP professionals to safely execute 350 acres of range clearance and munitions debris demolition and disposal.
