Planned and supervised the installation of 78 deep groundwater monitoring wells and 35 soil vapor extraction wells to determine the nature and extent of ethylene dibromide and fuel constituent contamination in the vadose zone and groundwater. Project Manager from 2003 to 2011 for Contract Task Order (CTO) 15 under the Sacramento Total Environmental Restoration Contract (TERC) II, Albuquerque US Army Corps of Engineers.
