Strategic air advisor contracted by Crisis Response Company, LLC to execute the the US Department of State Trans-Sahara Counterterrorism Partnership (TSCTP) position of Strategic Air Advisor assigned to the Republic of Niger’s air force chief of air staff/senior air force leadership as senior counsel and advisement at the operational level to the strategic level (minister of national defense; chief of defense staff/joint staff).
