Since January 2018 I have stepped into a management role in which my responsibilities are recruiting and training new sales staff, tracking KPI's and improving performance.

My role is to come up with bespoke packages for local businesses throughout North Yorkshire with the purpose of raising awareness of their brand, growing their customer base and raising their revenue.I do this using an end to end service that finds your needs and creates a package expressly designed to fulfil them.PROCESS - 1. Locate a company that has a need to increase their revenue and customer base.2. Have a fact find meeting with the client. This is where I find out as much about the business as possible - What is the target demographic? What do they do?Which areas would they like to improve? etc.3. Using the fact find, I come up with a bespoke marketing idea that would deliver exactly what the client needs. This goes beyond simply radio commercials.4. Once the campaign has been delivered, I give a post campaign analysis showing the results that were attained as a result (where possible).A good example of this is a company I recently helped named Captain Barneys in Malton. They are a small soft play area in a rural town. In our meeting I decided that traditional radio advertising would not work for them. Instead I came up with an idea to create a video for the business and use a competition with a prize to encourage people to watch. This delivered almost 18,500 views for the business. This was the absolute best way to bring exposure to a company positioned in this way. It also brought a large number of data capture information allowing the business to very specifically target further business. See the video we produced below.
