WesTrac is implementing a process led business transformation program encompassing a redesign of the WesTrac Operating Model, process standardisation and the implementation of new technology (SAP ERP/CRM) to enable changes and improvements across the business.Initially being hired as a SAP Training & Delivery Consultant. I was responsible for learning the new process requirements by reviewing the Blueprints, documenting them in Promapp and creating eLearn workbooks using WPB (Workforce Performance Builder). I also joined the SAP Functional team & assisted the Lead Solution Architect to make sure all whitepapers were correct & approved with minutes taken for all process stream functional meetings.When the project moved into its SAP testing phase I joined the Testing Team as the Testing Co-ordinator. I was responsible for managing the overall operation of HP ALM including administration, test case management, defect delegation and status reporting to management. I also was the go to person for WesTrac’s Super Users Team of 10 (from WA & NSW) who were to come in and test the system as instructed.

Integration Team member for Halliburton/Baker Hughes AcquisitionDuring the year and a half process of the integration between Halliburton and Baker Hughes I was a Subject Matter Expert responsible for building positive relationships with Baker Hughes during Discovery, Planning and Integration. I was involved in two areas of the project: 1. Order to Cash Gap Analysis• Reviewed data and findings to identify gaps, additional data requirements and any clarifications required.• Participated in workshops to document processes, systems, organisation as well as similarities, differences and risks.2. Divestitures Team for the proposed separation of 3 of our companies • Accountable for collating Customer Specific Billing Requirements information for all customers from all countries in the Eastern Hemisphere. The final deliverable of this process is an accurate and timely invoice to the customer.• Review changes that may affect the order to cash process due to the proposed separation.Unfortunately the Integration between Halliburton and Baker Hughes and the Divestitures of our 3 companies ceased in May 2016, so did not go ahead.

This included creating & completing test scenarios (UAT) for the different product service lines end to end processes then documenting/reporting issues that arise. • The ‘Go-To’ person for Asia Pacific projects to support and lead implementations/ deployments of non SAP systems disseminated from our US head office, including Customer Contract Management system for the Business Development team, EZSO (offline sales order), Revenue Automated Accrual system via Quillix.• Member of the Global OTC Training Program where I created over 270 step by step module related training documents which were separated into the following areas: - Customer Functions - Materials Management - Invoicing and AR- Sales Orders - Reporting - Price Maintenance- Deliveries - Resource Management
