Responsible for the North American sales of Grey and Ductile Iron Castings and Machining, including new sales, project management, strategic planning, on time delivery. Aarrowcast, Inc. is a modern 210,000 square foot foundry situated on 40 acres in Shawano, Wisconsin. 85 million pounds of gray, ductlie and austempered ductile iron castings are provided yearly to over 100 customers in various industries including defense, agriculture, construction, heavy truck equipment, pumps, valves, compressors and solar. Aarrowcast, Inc. specializes in complex, highly cored castings. The original 45,000 square foot foundry was built in 1978. The original two molding lines remain today: a 16 x 20 B & P Roto-Matchblowmatic and a 36 x 40 British Molding Machine (BMM). In 1997, a 165,000 square foot expansion added a 60 x 85 Georg Fischer molding line, the largest green-sand molding line in North America. This continued growth has lead to Aarrowcast's involvement with the Shawano County Chamber of Commerce and New North, Inc., to promote even further development.
