As a Deputy, I ensured the safety and security of at least 64 inmates at a time. I left this role to follow my dreams of becoming a college graduate and to pursue a new career. Having been able to serve my country has been one of my most significant accomplishments. As a Military Police Sergeant, it has taught me how to be a leader in complex environments. Leading multiple Soldiers can be incredibly stressful. Learning how to communicate effectively, and teamwork skills were a must to lead effectively. Having served a total of eight years with three tours of duty has given me the talent and ability to become an asset to any company I join. Having been able to serve my country has been one of my most significant accomplishments. As a Military Police Sergeant, it has taught me how to be a leader in complex environments. Leading multiple Soldiers can be incredibly stressful. Learning how to communicate effectively, and teamwork skills were a must to lead effectively.
