Millions of individuals now have digital IDs meeting these requirements. - I co-chaired both the WHO Smart Vaccine Certificate Working Group, which set standards for COVID vaccination certificates, and the Good Health Pass Collaborative, a private-sector initiative (175+ companies) working to ensure cross-border recognition of COVID certificates in order to safely reopen travel.
