Daiva runs a very smooth front of house (& I am sure much more) at La Rock. She herself is very professional but also warm and welcoming. This reflects in her team who all seem to follow her example, they also all seem very happy in their work which is no mean feat! Daiva's attention to detail is exceptional. She seems to remember everybody and recalls previous conversations etc. I would be more than happy to recommend La Rock to people with food allergies too. I overheard her explaining to one diner that they did not to need to worry, she had made sure that the chefs knew that they had an allergy and all boards and knives used to prepare their food would be freshly washed and only used on their dish to avoid any cross contamination.
