This initiative was awarded the 'Best Joint Event of the Year 2020 - 2nd Place' by virtue of its immeasurable value to the University of Melbourne students' personal and professional development. The event has been piloted with the support from a growing league of industry partners: AIQS, WT (ANZ), Codicote, Kane Constructions, GHD Group, Ynomia and PCSG.With high interest in the state-of-the-art industry best practice, I have taken the successful initiative to form the alliance with the Internet of Things Club, Construction Students Association and Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning. From establishing the organizing committee to liaising with the internal stakeholders, I have contributed with my remarkable work ethic and problem-solving acumen as a valuable asset to the joint venture by steering the strategic decision-making on both macro and micro levels. These include navigating and evaluating alternatives in response to the multi-faceted impacts of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, which has vastly sharpened my negotiation skills and ability to maintain long-term working relationships
