I was given the task of carrying out an Entry Level Stewardship (ELS) application which involved going on farm visits to collect environmental data. This data partly consisted of hedgerow lengths and presence of gaps, as well as features such as wet ditches or field corner schemes which are required by Natural England standards when applying for ELS funding.
