Working with Daisy was brilliant experience. She added dynamism, creativity, and always brought an incredible work ethic. In addition to this her communication skills really shone when meeting with our collaborators and clients, thus making her an invaluable member of our team.

Daisy brought an enthusiasm and capability to our consulting work that made even the toughest times easier. She was always thinking of new angles to investigate and better approaches to our work. She was totally instrumental in the successful delivery of our project. I hope to work with her again soon!

After over five years as Director of Routes, I stepped back from my day-to-day role in April 2023. I continue to be on the board as a NED, offering guidance and support on the organisation's governance, as well as 1:1 support to team members including my Co-Founder Leyla, who is now Founding Director.

Routes is a social enterprise born to champion women, connect communities and inspire real change through mentoring and leadership programmes.🗣 "A wholly unique and rewarding experience. I've felt supported, challenged and inspired. I learned as much in ten weeks as I have from years of training and professional mentoring."- Mylinh Cao, Head of Creative Content, Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy🗣 "I really felt like the space you'd curated was incredibly inclusive, nourishing, inspiring and beautiful. It felt so genuine and was truly like nothing I've every experienced, and was the sort of training or work environment that I would've dreamt up with my own career coach. I think that environment in itself really pushed us all to joyfully get the best out of ourselves, each other and the training in order to be great mentors for our mentees and to get the most out of the programme." - Alicia Walker, Head of Policy, Research and Campaigns, Centrepoint Show less

I facilitate workshops and training, supporting individuals to grow in confidence, reflect, collaborate and thrive. Workshops include: • Public speaking skills and confidence building • Facilitation skills and workshop design • Connecting with your values to make change • Learning coaching (supporting individuals to reflect on their learning journeys) Please get in touch if you'd like to explore any of these together! 🗣 "Big shout-out to [Daisy Jacobs and Leyla Mclennan] for their engaging Public Speaking Workshop... I recently had the opportunity to attend this and learned a lot: from how to warm up for public speaking engagements, to getting in touch with what motivates me and how I can bring that across." - Susi Bauer, Jagex 🗣 "Daisy ran really engaging, calming sessions, [which] helped us tangibly move forward with our project." - Year Here Fellow, 2020 Show less

I support Year Here's social innovation fellows through the Consulting Phase of the programme. Using a strengths-based approach, I create a non-judgemental, nurturing space for fellows to reflect, deepen their understanding of their own skills, set motivating goals and share feedback with one another. Feedback from past fellows includes: 🗣 "Daisy asked the perfect probing questions for when we needed to understand how we were feeling and why." 🗣 "Daisy has a great balance of calm, whilst being directive and assertive. I loved the different activities that enabled reflection and allowed everyone to be heard." Show less
