  As a Resident Assistant I oversee 2 residential halls with a totality of 74 students. As an RA I foster a safe environment for students. I ensure students abide by the guidelines and regulations of the University. This is inclusive with conducting safety rounds around this living halls. I assist the Residential Director of entire upperclassmen residency. This is also inclusive with conducting daily office duties and attending weekly meetings about improving community.
