Organizo toda a documentação, bem como os aspectos legais, administrativos e financeiros. Crio protocolos para pagamentos e recebimentos, lidero as atividades de marketing e recruto artistas talentosos. Além disso, fortaleço a amizade e o companheirismo dentro da equipe, mantendo vivo o espírito de amor pela arte que nos impulsiona. Essa experiência na Rebirth Studio me ensina constantemente o equilíbrio entre paixão e profissionalismo, uma lição que aplico diariamente em minhas atividades atuais. As co-founder of Rebirth Studio, I play a key role in its evolution from a collective of passionate artists to a formalized and structured company. I organize all the documentation, as well as the legal, administrative and financial aspects. I create protocols for payments and receipts, lead marketing activities, and recruit talented artists. In addition, I strengthen the friendship and fellowship within the team, keeping alive the spirit of love for the art that drives us.
