I have the pleasure of working for Dan since he became Operations Manager & then Vice President for the Bauman Group. I really got to know Dan as he successfully spearheaded one of Bauman's most ambitious undertakings for BJ's Warehouse Club - their transition to the S.A.P. Inventory Management System in 200+ BJ's clubs from 2014 - 2016. Through Dan's leadership we were able to undertake this difficult project and bring it to a highly successful conclusion. Dan maintained a high level of communication with the entire training team - and through his dedication and sense of humor kept us focused and on task. The Bauman Group is fortunate to have him as a member of their leadership team.
