Since 2009 I have worked in a mixture of longer assignments either through my consultancy company or as a full-time employee. I offer assistance in project management and business development including identification and evaluation of business cases, development of the Go-2-Market strategy, and implementation of solutions and/or new procedures. Examples of my asignments: 2020 – BioMedical Design, Novo Nordisk Foundation Fellowship Programme: advise teams during their process of identification of needs, maturing these, evaluate the business opportunity, and the possibility of implementing the final solution. 2015 – 2017: Philips Healthcare, Nordics, Copenhagen External Consultant, business development. I assisted Philips 3 days per week in the market preparation and access of new business areas. 2010 – 2019: Market Development Fund (The Danish Business Authority): External Business Advisor. Throughout the years I was a business advisor in the evaluation process for the applications for funding sent to the Market Development Fund within Life Science.
