  Currently working full time in a Project Team in ConocoPhillips developing digital twin solutions for offshore installations in the Greater Ekofisk Area. The solution is utilizing gaming technology and connects 3D design models with equipment registers, Piping and Instrument diagrams (P&IDs) and different data types we want to visualize to improve efficency and improve our ability to operate safer.In additions to developing base digital twins the work also includes development of digtal work processes utilizing the digital twins within the areas of maintenance, inspection and HSE.Part of my current role in addition to develop base digital twins is to identify and develop use-case and work processe, develop busines cases and identify/quantify potential efficiency improvements, quantification of benefits and areas of improvement within HSE.My experience from engineering and operations in different companies, my experience related to development, roll out and use of the iSee solution and my mulidiscipline understanding combined with my creativity has proven valuable in this last position.I find it very inspiring to work in an environment crating a new solutions with advanced digital twins utilzing our data making them accessible in a new manner to make more efficient and safer operations possible in the future.   Had the idea for a visual tool to make HSE and operational data easily accessible on graphics. Developed the idea, got acceptance to start the project and became part of a team developing a system for visualization of deviations, non-conformances, risk reducing measures, work permits in real time on graphics for 17 offshore installations. In reality this was and still is a digital twin solution.The system was named iSee and developed using “state of the art” technology and methods at the time and utilizing research knowhow from SINTEF and Institute for Energy Technology related to operational integrity and design of digitalization/visualization.iSee became well known and was presented to Norway Petroleum Directorate, Norsk olje og gass and to different environments /organizations in Norway. iSee became a global ConocoPhillips system and still is in 2021 and current development of Digital Twins are based on knowledge gahthered during development of iSee. The iSee solution was rolled out to both the onshore and offshore organization in the Company.During this period I had a role in the emergency management organization (Tananger Base Central) in ConocoPhillips.
