I was also director and non-executive board member of all Imdex' Swedish business units: Imdex Sweden AB, Reflex Instruments AB and Imdex Technology Sweden AB. At the end of my employment with Imdex, during January - September 2010, I managed the Swedish business units through a controlled shutdown with transfer of production and IP to Australia. I gained increased experience in company restructure, knowledge transfer and handling staff redundancies. Show less
